When you return a product in accordance with our Return Policy, we take several factors into account when processing your refund:
- What is returned
- The portion(s) used, if any
- Whether the returned product is part of a kit
How to Get a Full Product Refund
A full product refund happens when you return the purchased product, or kit, in an unused state. This means the seal must still be intact and no product used. Once this is verified via our returns team, you will be issued a full product refund. (We do not refund the cost of shipping for any product return.)
When Partial Product Refunds Happen
Partial product refunds happen when we receive partially used products, or individual items from a purchased kit.
Individual Item Returns
If an individual product is returned to us in a used state, our accounting department will assess the amount of money owed to you based on how much product was used. The amount determined to be refunded is final, and does not include the cost of shipping as we do not refund shipping costs.
Below is an example of a partial kit return for a Parasite Free 3 Month Supply Kit:

Why is the refund amount only $25.06? If you keep some items of a kit and return others, you void the kit pricing structure when the return is processed. The cost of the two kept bottles, at full price, is $99.94. From there, we subtract that full price amount from the total purchase price: $125.00 - $99.94. That leaves $25.06 to refund. The amount to be refunded is final, and does not include the cost of shipping as we do not refund shipping costs.
