Phone Line and Email Customer Service is Discontinued

To all our valued customers:

In an effort to avoid a price increase while keeping product quality untouched, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue our phone order line and email customer service.  Moving forward, all order activity will be handled on our website at MarkusProducts.com.

How will I update my information?
By logging into your account, you can update your billing and shipping addresses, modify or cancel autoship orders, redeem rewards points, and more.

How will I get product questions answered?
If you have product questions, our FAQs are your best source for product information!  Our product FAQs have detailed dosage instructions that tell you how best to use our products.

What if I need to make a change to my order?
When placing orders, please *triple-check your information* as we can no longer correct errors or omissions before shipping your order!  Also, make certain our emails do not end up in your junk/spam folder.  Email is how you will receive your receipt, digital download, and all shipment notifications.

How will I return an order?
If you need to return your order, please see our return policy and follow all the instructions.  If steps are missed, you may not receive a refund because we won't know who to credit.
