My shipment is lost!

Do not call the phone order line or email customer service!

If you believe your package is lost – or if your package shows as delivered and you never received it – you must contact the carrier directly. Any needed shipping addresses can be found by logging into your account on MarkusProducts.com, or by viewing your Order Confirmation email.

To locate your missing package, follow these instructions:

  1. Ask your family members or neighbors if they accidentally received your package.
  2. If your package was shipped via the United States Postal Service:
    Call 1-800-275-8777.
    Ask the agent to place a trace on the package. All shipments (except for international and media mail) are insured for $50.00, so if the post office loses your order, you can fill out a claim.
  3. If your package was shipped via FedEx:
    Call 1-800-463-3339.
    Ask the agent to put a trace on the package. All shipments below $200.00 are insured for $100.00. All shipments greater than $200.00 are insured for the full amount, so if the package is deemed lost, you can fill out a claim.
  4. If your package was shipped via UPS:
    Call 1-800-742-5877.
    Ask the agent to put a trace on the package. All shipments are insured for $100.00, so if the package is deemed lost, you can fill out a claim.
