Take this anytime you want, with or without food. Start with a small teaspoonful or 5 to 6 capsules with water. If you need more power, increase the amount until you get the desired results. Parasite-Free already contains some colon herbs, to help get rid of dead parasites and waste, so first, check if you are going to the bathroom well enough with Parasite-Free. If not, take Free-Colon. I prefer to take colon formula before bed.
